The mural was created for children’s hospice. The design is a metaphor for the transition between two worlds. The building’s walls were used to show the metaphor. The dark and starry universe contrasts with the huge pink bird. Pink flamingo symbolizes caring support. Girl’s hair is a symbol for imagination and free spirit.

The Yakobium Bow Tie is robust but lightweight and can easily be worn to any occasion. Shape, color, size as the rest of the item can be customized. The sandstone bow tie is complemented by handmade packaging.
Continue readingWith Absinthe, Vivian had a chance to explore potential visuals that merge physics and scenography. This play explores topics on physics, matter and psychology. The the main beauty of the design is the limitless interpretation of the set according to the audience's understanding of the play, the oval stage represents time, but can be seen as the milky way, Möbius band etc. To enhance the whole theatrical experience, she introduced technology of laser light sound visualizer as a method to allow sound to be seen, laser lights were distorted based on the frequency of spoken sound by the actors.
Continue readingHoma is designed to be a practical dual purpose artwork, changing from a ring to a necklace. It gives its user the option of choosing the function to stimulate the feeling of interaction amid the creator and the user. Since the inner ring is elastic, it can be adjusted based on the size of user’s finger. A rail mechanism, based on train wheels, is devised to turn the ring to a necklace. Choosing a rail mechanism and making the movable part of ring are the creative parts of this design. A simple lock has been utilized beneath this piece; so it could be fixed after getting in the Ring mode.
Continue readingDesire in Life Series creatively apply Stereo sculpture to create a skeletal shape. This series consists of three products: 1) The diamond ring of skull shape shows a person holding a diamond, which express one's desire for wealth; 2)The rib is used to form a triangular structure. 3)The necklace inlaid a red jewel in three-dimensional sternum to express one's desire for power. Part of the series uses 18K black gold, with black satire, expressing the designer's thinking about "desire for life ".
Continue readingIcebergs are interior sculptures. By connecting mountains, it is possible to build mountain ranges, mental landscapes made of glass. The surface of each recycled glass object is unique. Thus, each object has a unique character, a soul. Sculptures are handshaped, signed and numbered in Finland. The main philosophy behind the Iceberg sculptures is to reflect the climate change. Therefore the material used is recycled glass.
